Large Frozen Precipitation and Extensive Destruction

Residents reported giant hailstones as large as 7 centimeters in some areas. Meteorological experts announced that different parts across Queensland had been impacted by significant hail.

Meteorological Predictions

Damp conditions were predicted to continue along significant areas of Queensland's east this coming days as a low-pressure trough continued to attract humidity against the coastal areas.

The following day was forecast to be the heaviest precipitation period, with persistent storm activity predicted across multiple regions of both states.

Health Warning

Public health experts cautioned that there was an greater possibility of epidemic thunderstorm asthma across the countryside regions, particularly given the ongoing climate situation.
